Person In Charge Of Textile Production /responsable De Production Textile

Local sewing workshop of production in HO CHI MINH (10 employees) urgently looks for an agent for the sourcing and the follow-up of production to make the connection with our brand in France Machja (see our web site Machja) and to carry out perfectly the following tasks:
· Organization and accurate respect of the schedule of production.
· Planning, optimization, reporting of the tasks of the workshop of production in coordination with Machja.
· Follow- up and control of the production
· Organization of the sheets of production and preparation of the shippings.
· sourcing in Vietnamese and in English of the raw materials and accessories with international suppliers and coordination with local suppliers such as: printers, embroidery workshop, workshop of screen printing, studio of photography etc…
· accounting reporting between the workshop of production and Machja
· Import of raw materials and export of finished products
Required profile:
Bilingual French/Vietnamese, or English/Vietnamese and already based in VIETNAM, very good practice of word, Excel.
The ideal candidate has already acquired some experience in a similar post and also has a good understanding of garments. He/she is thus capable of measuring a garment according to an index card of specification as well as of managing the fast increase of the number of items to be produced.

Experience of 3 years minimum in a similar post.
Salary and local contract of 350 USD to 600 USD monthly (for a candidate having more than 5 years’ successful experience in a similar post).

un agent de sourcing et de suivi de production pour faire la liaison avec
notre marque en france (voir notre site Machja) et accomplir de façon optimale les tâches suivantes :

• mise en place et strict respect du planning de production.
• planification, optimisation, reporting des tâches de l’atelier de production en coordination avec Machja.
• Suivi et contrôle de la production
• mise en place des fiches de production et préparation des expéditions.
• sourcing en vietnamien et en anglais avec fournisseurs internationaux des matières premières et accessoires et coordination avec fournisseurs locaux tels que: imprimeurs, atelier de broderie, atelier de sérigraphie, studio de photographie etc….
• reporting comptable entre l’atelier de production et Machja
• Import des matières premières et export des produits finis

Profil requis :
Bilingue français, vietnamien, ou anglais, vietnamien et déjà basé au VIETNAM
très bonne pratique de word, excel.
Le candidat idéal a déjà acquis de l’expérience à un poste similaire et a également une bonne compréhension du vêtement. Il est donc capable de mesurer un vêtement conformément à une fiche de spécification ainsi que de gérer la montée en puissance rapide du nombre de pièces à produire.

Expérience de 3 ans minimum à un poste similaire.

Salaire et contrat local de 350 USD à 600 USD mensuel (pour candidat ayant plus de 5 ans d’expérience réussie à un poste similaire)
