      Dear Our Value Candidates,
      Our Client is a group of Hotel in Vietnam, They looking for a strong candidate for Group Managing Director, working in head office _ HCM City,
      The GGM reports direct to the CEO
      The Group General Manager (GGM) will have overall leadership responsibility for 6 Hotels (Line Direct Report : 4 Hotel Director Foreigner & 2 Hotel Director Vietnamese).
      The GGM will manage the strategic and operational development and execution for the Company. The GGM is responsible for ensuring revenue and profit growth, as well as for the effectiveness and efficiency of the Hotel’s day-to-day operations.

      With main duties:

      • Is a direct supervisor of the hotel General Managers and the Director of Operations &
      • Coordinates with GM’s on operational needs and requirements
      • Responsible for the growth of the hotel (meeting the hotel’s budgets) & for the hotels operations
      • Responsible for the follow up of the group policy (finance, operation, sales & marketing)
      • Conducts all day to day banking operations; signs all banking documents as per current company’s procedures
      • Sets the main drivers for business development and develops strategies for client retention
      • Provides the leadership expertise that ensures the effective and efficient operation of the hotel group, including the achievement of operational goals and profitability objectives (as per KPI)
      • Initiates, drives and executes the group strategy
      • Responsible for the group strategy
      • Manages all recurrent accounting, tax issues of the company
      • Signs employment/labor contract with the local and expatriates employees
      • Conducts any action in term of staff’s recruitment, termination/dismissal as allowed by the laws of Vietnam
      • Other actions required by the owner from time to time.

      Requirements:

      • Open to consider foreigners: European/Multilingual
      • BA business management in Hotel industry, marketing, finance, operations or hospitality management required; MBA from an elite international institutions (INSEAD, Cornell) would be a plus
      • 10+ years of experience in hospitality, with 5+ years in a management role with budget responsibilities, Motivated to work for a fast growing/local hotel group
      • Experienced in creating and executing strategy for one of the larger International Hospitality
      • Experienced in hotel development, hotel openings and as hotel GM would be a plus
      • Experience working at senior levels of organizations, including with executive management and Boards of Directors
      • Experience setting and executing business strategies, operational plans, budgets and sales targets
      • Ability to manage multiple functions of a business, including sales, marketing, operations, finance & accounting and human resources
      • Work history of achieving targets and KPI’s
      • Strong business and financial acumen, particularly in consumer retail
      • Passion / strong interest in food and consumer retailing
      • Strong initiative
      • Strong leadership and management skills
      • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
      • Business minded and results-oriented
      • Able to work in intensive working environment
      • Able to balance priorities, resilient
      • Dynamic and driven

      Benefits:
      Compensation: Open from $5,000 – $10,000 + potential for performance bonus

      Monthly for sure!Multilingual… with fluency in Vietnamese.
      Un Insead ou un Cornell avec 10 ans d’expérience à 5000 à 10 000 dollars(même pas 10 000 euros ) le mois ,ça ne va pas se bousculer beaucoup!

      En effet, du MBA de INSEAD ou Cornell à 10K usd/m + bonus c’est assez limite. Je crois qu’ils n’en trouveront pas. Ils ont bien dit que c’est du « nice to have » de toute façon. Je pense qu’ils vont se contenter d’un BA avec expérience adéquate.
      Par contre le « vietnamese fluency » n’est pas explicitement obligatoire. Ca permet de ratisser large.
