- Cette femme d'affaires a été trois ans consécutifs dans le top 10 des personnes les plus riches sur le marché boursier au Vietnam (2008, 2009, 2010).

- Le 5 mai / 2011, le Front de la Patrie l'a présenté comme candidat député et a été élue député à la 13ème législature de l'Assemblée nationale, et est aussi commissaire de la Culture et de l'éducation de la jeunesse du Congrès.

- Mai 5/2012, elle écrit à l'Assemblée nationale une demande de en tant que députés de l'Assemblée nationale.

She may have succeeded in building one of Vietnam’s richest families but businesswoman Dang Thi Hoang Yen always knew that entering the murky world of high-level politics in this authoritarian, one-party state was a gamble.

Not long after Ms Yen and her brother Dang Thanh Tam became the first tycoons to be elected to the country’s Communist party-controlled parliament, or National Assembly, last year, they came under personal attack in a number of obscure state-owned publications.

“Before I made my decision to join the National Assembly, I already knew that in the worst case they may try to find a way to kick me out,” the elegantly dressed 52-year-old told the Financial Times last month in an interview in the top floor business lounge of Hanoi’s Melia hotel. “I’m ready for that.”

Her comments proved prescient. Last week, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the electoral supervisory body, recommended that she be dismissed from the National Assembly because of discrepancies on her application form. It accused her of failing to disclose that she was divorced and that she was a lapsed member of the party.

Foresight offered little consolation as she broke down in tears at a press conference on Saturday where she said she would accept her dismissal, if, as expected, it is confirmed by the National Assembly when it next meets.

The rapid political rise and fall of Ms Yen, a former local government official who made her money developing Vietnam’s first international standard industrial parks in the 1990s, underlines the wider difficulties faced by the Communist party.

China’s rulers have moved much faster to co-opt leading business people into the Communist party and the government while their counterparts in Vietnam have struggled to fit the emerging group of well-connected tycoons into their ostensibly Marxist-Leninist political narrative.

The election of Ms Yen and her brother in May last year, in polls where only a handful of heavily vetted independents were allowed to stand alongside the ruling Communist party candidates, was seen by analysts at the time as a sign of growing openness within the party.

In a country where public debate is curtailed by overt censorship, Ms Yen has been outspoken in her attacks on corruption and wastefulness at state enterprises and her calls for a level playing field for the private sector and foreign investors.

But her downfall, played out in full public view, raises questions about the direction of the party at a time when the government is trying to implement wide-ranging reforms of the debt-ridden and inefficient state enterprise and banking sectors. These changes are vital if Vietnam is to rekindle its waning economic prospects but will challenge vested interests within the government, party and business community.

“One of the main stories of the last 10 years in Vietnam has been the rise of quasi-private sector oligarchs,” says one person who has worked with Ms Yen and is a close follower of the opaque political scene. “[The battle between her and her detractors] is an effort to define what the rules of the game will be for the new capitalist class in Vietnam.”

Some analysts say that the predicament of Ms Yen, whose Tan Tao group also invests in power plants, education and media, hints at continuing rifts within the party leadership. She is widely seen as being close to Truong Tan Sang, who holds the largely ceremonial post of president but lost out last year in an attempt to unseat the country’s most senior leader, Nguyen Tan Dung, as prime minister.

“I speculate that her success has rankled some powerful individuals who are not fans of Mr Sang,” says Carl Thayer, an expert on Vietnamese politics at the Australian Defence Force Academy in Canberra. “Whether or not they are supporters of Nguyen Tan Dung is unclear but they appear to have sanctions to continue with their sleuthing into her background and then providing titbits to the press.”

In an email sent to the FT on Saturday, Ms Yen said that she had been “slandered, libelled and abused” by certain newspapers but denied there was a “conspiracy” against her. She said that while her declaration may not have been sufficient, she had not acted dishonestly as she did not believe she needed to disclose a former marriage or her lapsed party membership.

Ms Yen added that, if dismissed, she would concentrate on developing her not-for-profit Tan Tao university, recently established with backing from Mr Sang, and her business interests.

But, with the government caught between the need to reduce persistently high inflation and boost sagging growth while also struggling to reform state-owned enterprises, she is worried about the economic outlook.

“There’s still a lot of risk [in Vietnam] because the law is not yet well established, regulations are changing all the time and macro policy is also changing,” she told the FT last month. “Right now we are pulling ourselves down but the world doesn’t wait for us. Indonesia, the Philippines and even Myanmar right now are changing and attracting foreign investors by improving their macro policy mechanism.”

Sau khi đăng loạt bài về vụ án ly hôn kỳ lạ giữa bà Đặng Thị Hoàng Yến, Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty CP Đầu tư và Công nghiệp Tân Tạo, và người chồng là Việt kiều Mỹ Jimmy Trần, vừa qua Báo Người Lao Động nhận được văn bản của bà Yến gửi đến, trong đó bà trần tình về cuộc hôn nhân của mình và ông Jimmy Trần cũng như việc phân chia tài sản giữa hai người, đồng thời kiến nghị báo đăng lại toàn bộ. Trong văn bản này có nhiều nội dung tố tội ông Jimmy Trần. Vì khuôn khổ bài báo có hạn, chúng tôi trích đăng một số nội dung chính.
Cưới Jimmy Trần “để ba mẹ yên lòng”
Trong văn bản nói trên, bà Đặng Thị Hoàng Yến viết: “Tôi gặp ông Jimmy Trần vào cuối năm 2003, khi đó ông ta bị vợ bỏ, không nhà, không cửa, không công ăn việc làm, hằng ngày phải đi tìm từng coupon giảm giá để ăn trưa. Bản thân tôi luôn luôn thương cảm cho người nghèo khó, đặc biệt lại là người Việt Nam nơi xứ người, nên khi Jimmy Trần xin được vào làm việc cho công ty của tôi ở Houston (bang Texas, Mỹ - PV), tôi đã nhận ông ta vào làm việc và phải đào tạo ông ta để xây dựng các công trình đạt tính thẩm mỹ và có chất lượng.

Đến năm 2006, ông ta tự ý về Việt Nam gặp ba, mẹ tôi và khi đó mới biết đến tên thật của tôi. Mặc dù chồng tôi bị tai nạn mất từ năm 1989 nhưng tôi chỉ một mình nuôi dạy các con và phấn đấu để tự vươn lên... Bản thân tôi chưa bao giờ có ý định lập gia đình nữa. Tuy nhiên, ba mẹ tôi luôn canh cánh trong lòng vì lo lắng...
Thời điểm đó Jimmy Trần luôn nói với tôi mong muốn trở về Việt Nam sinh sống quãng đời còn lại của mình. Thật sự, Việt kiều tại Mỹ hầu hết không có nhiều người suy nghĩ như vậy, do vậy tôi đã lầm tưởng rằng ông ta là một người yêu nước. Chính vì vậy, ngày 17-8-2007, tôi đã đồng ý kết hôn với Jimmy Trần với mong muốn để ba mẹ được yên lòng, dù biết rằng ông ta hoàn toàn không có một điểm nào xứng đáng khi so sánh với người chồng đã mất”.
Ly hôn vì chồng bài bạc, quan hệ với gái mại dâm
Về lý do ly hôn với ông Jimmy Trần, bà Yến kể: “Trước khi kết hôn, tôi và Jimmy Trần đã ký thỏa thuận, trong đó cũng liệt kê rõ Jimmy Trần hoàn toàn không có tài sản gì ngoài tài sản giá 1 triệu USD tôi cho ông ta để giữ thể diện cho ông ta như lời đề nghị của chính ông Jimmy Trần. Chỉ ngay sau khi kết hôn, tôi phát hiện ông ta bài bạc, tiêu tốn hàng triệu đô la và tôi là người phải trả nợ cho ông ta.
Chính vì vậy, tôi quyết định ly hôn và về Việt Nam vào cuối năm 2007. Sau nhiều lần Jimmy Trần xin được về Việt Nam “để làm lại cuộc đời” như ông ta nói và đến tháng 9-2008, tôi đã đồng ý giúp cho ông ta về Việt Nam bằng cách bỏ tiền cá nhân ra cho Công ty Việt Nam Land - công ty của em họ tôi - để thuê Jimmy Trần làm việc và trả lương cho ông ta.
Nhưng chỉ sau khi về Việt Nam chưa đầy 10 tháng thì ngày 5-7-2009, ông ta đã quan hệ với gái mại dâm khi tôi đang công tác tại Hà Nội và ngay chính bản thân tôi đã bị tống tiền gái mại dâm. Vì vậy, đến 9-7-2009, ông ta phải đồng ý ký tên vào đơn ly hôn, ghi rõ: “Lý do ly hôn: Ông Jimmy Trần vi phạm Luật Hôn nhân và Gia đình và vi phạm đạo đức trong sinh hoạt”.
Đến thời điểm đó, ông ta cũng đã ghi rõ tài sản của mình chỉ có khoảng 50.000 đô la - là số tiền kiếm được nhờ làm cho Công ty Việt Nam Land, khi ông ta từ Mỹ về Việt Nam vào tháng 8-2008 tài khoản của ông ta chỉ có 3,92 đô la. Do vậy, việc chia tài sản là do hai người tự nguyện và Tòa án Long An hoàn toàn không xét xử mà chỉ đơn thuần công nhận sự tự nguyện phân chia của cả hai bên”…

“Liệu có thể tin được một kẻ như vậy”? Về việc ông Jimmy Trần phạm pháp tại Mỹ, theo bà Yến: “Khi cung cấp hồ sơ pháp lý để đăng ký kết hôn, Jimmy Trần đã đưa ra một hồ sơ không hề khai báo mình đã phạm tội tại Mỹ. Chỉ đến khi những phạm tội của ông tại Việt Nam được phát hiện, thì tôi mới được cơ quan Luật pháp của Mỹ thông báo: Cuối năm 1989, Jimmy Trần được thuê vào làm tổ trưởng bán hàng cho một cửa hàng, song mới chỉ có 3 tháng, vào ngày 18-1-1990 thì đã bị bắt quả tang do ăn cắp mấy chục két bia và nước ngọt của cửa hàng. Ngày 24-1-1990, Tòa án Houston kết án Jimmy Trần: 6 tháng tù ngồi và 12 tháng tù quản thúc sau khi ra tù. Khi được chất vấn, ông ta trả lời: “Đó chính là con trai tôi nó lấy, không phải tôi”... Trong khi con trai ông ta cũng được ông ta đặt tên Jimmy Trần và sinh ngày 6-1-1989, khi đó con trai ông ta chỉ mới đầy 1 tuổi. Một người cha đổ tội trộm cắp cho con trai mới có 1 tuổi tại Mỹ và khi Jimmy Trần bị bắt vì quan hệ gái mại dâm vào ngày 5-7-2009 tại khách sạn ở TPHCM thì ông ta giải thích rằng: “Đó là con gái tôi từ Mỹ về thăm tôi...”. Để ngụy tạo cho lời khai của mình, Jimmy Trần còn tạo một email giả danh con gái để giải thích việc này... Trong khi đó, con gái ông ta - cô Judy Trần - không hề nhập cảnh từ Mỹ về Việt Nam. Có một người cha có nhân cách, có lương tâm nào có thể làm được những điều ông ta đã làm với con cái của mình??? Như vậy liệu những điều một kẻ có tiền án, tiền sự, một kẻ vu khống bịa đặt cho chính con ruột của mình để chạy tội cho chính mình, liệu có thể tin được một kẻ như vậy???"...

Mà Theo như tôi, một người sinh ra và lớn lên ở hảy ngoại, thì biết rất rõ ràng về cái chuyện đó. Cụ thể là, Việt Kiều, Tây hoặc người quốc gia hay dân tộc nào thì cũng không khác người Việt chúng ta cho lắm. Nghĩa là cũng có loại chó đẻ và người đẻ như nhau. Vì vậy trứơc khi lấy ai thì tôi đề nghị các cô hãy tìm hiểu cho rõ trứơc, không thồi thì ngoài ra ngửa lồn cho tụi nó địt rồi còn phải nuôi tụi nó hay cả con cái của tụi nó nữa đấy.

Déjà entre les paroles et les actes , il y a des pas que bien peu osent franchir !Puis juger un pays sans tenir compte de son contexte géographique ,son histoire (celle du Sud inclus) ne tient que du "lip service"

Personnellement, je pense que le Vietnam veut suivre la voie de la Singapour qui est aussi gouverné par le parti unique.
